Derrick Zellmann is an award winning photographer whose work has been published both nationally and internationally. Recently recognized by PDN Magazine as part of their Emerging Photographer series, Derrick’s work blends his artistic vision with his advanced technical knowledge to create his unique style of photography. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in art from Bridgewater State College, Derrick attended Hallmark Institute of Photography where he was professionally trained by top professionals including his mentor, Gregory Heisler. There, he graduated with top honors having the highest scoring portfolio. Derrick’s work has provided him the opportunity to integrate his obsession for sports and love of meeting new people with his passion for sports photography and sophisticated portraiture.
